This textbook is intended for students studying the course "Arbitration (arbitration proceedings) in the Russian Federation" and is designed for practical (seminar) classes. The content of the textbook corresponds to the course program, its main goal is to acquire knowledge regarding the arbitration form of consideration and resolution of civil cases in the Russian Federation, taking into account the recent reform of Russian legislation, during which the Federal Law of 29.12.2015 No. 382-FZ "On Arbitration (Arbitration Proceedings) in the Russian Federation" was adopted, and amendments were made to certain legislative acts in connection with the adoption of this Federal Law. The textbook is aimed at students acquiring professional skills necessary for participation in arbitration. Special attention is paid to the practice of applying legislation on arbitration, studying acts of official interpretation, including legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Key issues of applying legislation on arbitration are regulated in the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated 10.12.2019 No. 53 "On the performance by the courts of the Russian Federation of functions of assistance and control in relation to arbitration, international commercial arbitration". Legislation is provided as of 01.12.2022. The book includes questions of arbitration theory containing elements of scientific doctrine, other educational materials, and information necessary for studying the course and testing the acquired knowledge.
