The publication discusses modern progressive methods of obtaining dentures using 3D technologies. Technical and methodological information necessary and systematically set out for the development and subsequent use of three-dimensional printing of dentures in the practice of dental clinics and dental scientific and practical centers. The process of dentization using 3D technologies is reduced to the contactless creation of a voluminous copy of the patient’s oral cavity (scanning), computer modeling of the future denture and subsequent 3D printing of the prosthesis itself. The processes of automated organization of work for the manufacture of dentures, as well as practical techniques for using 3D printing in orthopedic dentistry, are set out in examples.
