The publication is a guide to the exhibition of the Department of the State Museum of Fine Arts named after A.S. Pushkin 'Educational Art Museum named after I.V. Tsvetaeva', located at the Russian State Humanitarian University. The guide describes seven halls of the museum, where casts of works from Ancient Egypt and the Near East, Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome, European Middle Ages and the Renaissance are presented. The text provides information about key sculptures, the plaster casts of which were commissioned by I.V. Tsvetaeva at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries in various museums around the world for the construction of the Museum of Fine Arts in Moscow. The guide is intended not only for museum visitors but also for students of humanities and art specialties and training directions, as well as for anyone interested in art history.
