The apartment building on Gogolevsky Boulevard in Moscow is one of the first experiments of a new type of home, on which the team of the construction committee of the RSFSR worked under the leadership of the outstanding Soviet architect Moses Ginzburg. The house-community of the working housing and construction cooperative partnership (RZHSKT) "Demonstration Construction" was built in 1928. The name of the partnership speaks for itself. The object, of course, was a know -how in the architecture and construction of its time and pursued the goal of becoming a model for imitation, not only by formal signs, but, first of all, in a substantial way - architects designed a new person. Today, after more than 80 years, the work of Moses Ginzburg does not cease to inspire modern architects. Having the opportunity to create as part of the project of the great master, Alexei Rosenberg and Peter the Churches with respect, and at the same time creatively rethought all the deep meanings of the place, creating a unique interior project, capable of, as well as the project of Moses Ginzburg, to become a role model
