The most important work is “a book about a horse” (reprinted by our publishing house) He is one of the compilers of the “full encyclopedia of Russian agriculture” in 12 volumes (1900 - 1912) by this time Prince Urusov Senator, the Stalmaster of his Majesty (Shtalmeister is the court rank of the main stable), a secret adviser, an official of special instructions under the Minister of Internal Affairs, Member of the Council of the Main Directorate of State Connection, editor -in -chief of the Government Bulletin newspaper, in which priority attention is paid, oddly enough, agricultural topics. With the outbreak of World War I, Prince Urusov is appointed head of the Main Directorate for Press Affairs, as well as a member of the Council of the Minister of Internal Affairs and fulfilling previous positions.
