About the author
Peter Volleben was born in 1964. He was literally interested in everything that was connected with nature and the environment. It is not surprising that Peter devoted his whole life to the forest business. For more than twenty years, he worked in the department of forestry of the Federal Land of the Reinland-Palatz. Since 2006, he has been looking for and monitoring the forest of 1,200 hectares in the Iifel mountains, where he forbade the use of equipment and began to conduct forest tours for tourists. The author says about myself: "I do not hug trees and do not talk to them, ”but he accurately understands the living nature and is happy to share his knowledge with readers.
