The training manual provides information on general parasitology, separate sections are devoted to helminthology, protozoology, acarology and entomology. The morphology and biology of the pathogen, epizootology, pathogenesis, clinical signs, pathological changes, methods for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the most common parasitic diseases of ruminants are briefly described.
A textbook is intended for colleges and technical school students studying in the specialty of "Veterinary Medicine". The materials presented in the training manual will be useful for practical veterinary specialists, employees of veterinary laboratories, as well as for teachers of veterinary colleges and universities. They can also be used as educational and methodological literature in advanced training and additional training of specialists of various profiles-veterinary doctors and veterinary and sanitary experts, zooengeners, heads of agricultural enterprises and farmers.
