The first part of the training manual outlines the basic information about the morphology, physiology and ecology of microorganisms, the basics of infection and the infectious process, immunity and sanitary-designating microorganisms. Materials are contained about veterinary sanitation and hygiene, the importance of hygiene in the protection of animal health and personal hygiene of livestock workers, as well as disinfection, disinsection and deratization in livestock farms and on meat and cumulative enterprises. Attention is also paid to the microflora of food and the prevention of feed -toxicose feed.
The second part of the training manual sets out the topics of laboratory classes: general rules for the selection, canning and sending of animal products for microbiological research, quality control and microbiological studies of water, soil and air.
This Textbook was developed on the basis of the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary Professional Education in the discipline "Microbiology, Sanitaria and Hygiene", an approximate program of academic discipline, is part of the PPSSZ in accordance with the FOGS in the specialty of Zootechnia "SPO (basic level of training)
