This book is undoubtedly worth introducing Russian readers to it. More than 400 years ago, the great marshal of the Lithuanian Krishtof Monvid Dorogostaisky wrote it: Hero of the Polish-Swedish War, Warrior and doctor, horse rider, traveler, philanthropist. In his youth, he studied at the famous Neapolitan High Academy of riding. And generously outlined for compatriots the basis of the knowledge gained there, which were considered secret. He also shared a multifaceted personal experience in horseback, which he put along with elegant arts. In the XVII -XIX centuries, Hippica was a table book by enlightened horse owners. These advice on the selection of manufacturers, the cultivation of breeding young animals, and the initial training of young horses will be useful to modern horses.
