The training manual sets out methodological recommendations, assignments for independent work of students in laboratory and practical classes are given and the following sections are considered: origin and evolution, doctrine of the breed, constitution, exterior and interior, growth and development, selection and selection, methods of dilution, organization of selection. -the steel work in animal husbandry aimed at improving the productivity and breeding qualities of animals, their suitability for intensive technologies for the production of livestock products. In the preparation of the textbook, modern achievements of science and practice in the field of animal breeding were used.
The workshop is intended for students of agricultural colleges and technical schools studying in the specialty Zootechia, teachers, specialists of enterprises of various forms of ownership involved in animal breeding.
