This publication is a collection of terms of corporate law of the countries of the Anglo -Saxon legal family, in particular the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Canada and the United States of America. The dictionary contains about 2000 terms and concepts (394 vocabulary) and is equipped with illustrative examples and legal interpretations from the regulatory acts of these jurisdiction. The structure of the dictionary is developed on the basis of a logical-compliance analysis of corporate law, each section contains legal and linguistic essays, which allows you to comprehensively reveal the essence of legal phenomena, as well as reflect the linguistic features of concepts, their use and translation.
The main task of the dictionary is the comprehensive disclosure of the termine system of corporate law, taking into account the cultural and legal aspects, historical-territorial semantic and lexical variability of terminological units, as well as the identification of system-forming differences in the legal systems of the countries of the Anglo-Saxon legal family, the study of the linguistic and legal picture The world of users of the described termine system. The work is based on the synthesis of linguistic and legal approaches.
