In modern scientific literature, the terms of-abbreviations (reductions) are often found, which can only be deciphered, knowing their initial meaning. This vocabulary covers about 25,000 terms of the terms. It contains the initial English meanings of abbreviations, their "decoding" and Russian equivalents. The dictionary is based on the terms from British and American periodicals, reference books, guidelines, fundamental explanatory dictionaries of the butterworth, Dorland, webster, Hornby.
