Mikhail Vasilyevich Nesterov (1862-1942) belongs to the number of outstanding Russian artists of the late XIX - early XX centuries. His paintings "Dressman", "Vision of the Pattern of Bartholomew", "Great Hall" and many others are recognized as classic samples of domestic painting.
