The training manual considers the short-term model of conflict-centered psychotherapy, developed on the basis of the psychology of the relations of V. N. Myasishchev-"analytical and cathartic therapy of Alexandrov" (act) A psychogenetic analysis of the patient’s life, his personality and pathogenic situation is supplemented by the use of elements of technology based on catharsis: psychodrama, gestalt therapy and personality-centered therapy of K. Rogers. The patient’s stories about his problems are transformed into effect through the imagative technique of "dialogue with significant others". The method is used both for the treatment of neurosis and for the analysis of conflict relations of persons, weighed down by personal problems.
