The monograph is an original work dedicated to the philosophical and legal analysis of police practices within the boundaries of European culture, as well as an analysis of police practices in the sphere of youth crime. This topic is particularly relevant due to ongoing societal discussions on issues such as power, force, and the use of violence. The authors identify the cultural-historical identification of the police phenomenon, provide a philosophical-anthropological analysis of the specificity of police practices in European culture against the backdrop of law enforcement. The phenomenon of sovereignty and the relationship between the police and politics are analyzed, which is especially important in modern conditions. An analysis of police practices in the sphere of youth crime is conducted, where the causes and characteristics of youth crime and juvenile delinquency are identified.
