The training manual consists of two parts. The first part introduces the laws of the development of a musical work within the framework of the style and genre, with the methodology for identifying the role of individual elements in the overall structure of the composition. Along with examples from the music of the past, samples of musical folklore and modern essays are placed in the manual. The second part contains a list of works recommended for analyzing. Their systematics will help the future music teacher to navigate the diversity of the musical material studied in a secondary school. At the end of the allowance, applications are given in which the requirements for the test lesson are contained, the answers on the lesson, samples of analytical tasks, a dictionary of terms and concepts. The list of references will replenish the knowledge of the young specialist in the field of this problem.
