In this collective monograph, some results of studies conducted under the draft RFF No. 14-11-00634 "Mathematical Methods of Forecasting World and Country Socio-Economic Development are presented. The objective of the project is to develop methodology, mathematical methods and models for analyzing and predicting modern macrotentes and cycles of economic, demographic, political, social, cultural and technological, regional and national dynamics in the interests of scientific strategic planning in the Russian Federation. The monograph includes materials on the methodology for modeling and predicting social processes, as well as on basic models of world and regional dynamics
