If you have already heard that there is some kind of effective medical system called Ayurveda, but you still do not know what it is, or you have already tried to figure it out, but you could not master other books on this subject due to unusual terminology, Or, if you tried to follow the advice of other recreational methods, but you could not adapt to their strict rules of food, exercises and posts, then it is time for you to read this book.
This book is an attempt to clearly state the basics of Ayurveda for Russian readers, so that they can consciously use Ayurvedic medicines and, if desired, could further easily move on to a higher level of training in Ayurveda. This is not a guide to the treatment of other people, since Ayurveda, like any other fundamental medical system requires prolonged training at a specialized university (which in our time is real only in India) The Ayurveda system is clear and logical, but very serious practical training is required
