All-Russian classifier of professions of workers, posts of employees and tariff categories (OKPDTR), which is an integral part of the Unified System of Classification and Coding Information (ECC) of the Russian Federation, prepared as part of the State Program for the Transition of the Russian Federation to the accounting and statistical system adopted in international practice in accordance with Requirements for the development of a market economy. OKPDTR was developed instead of the Union-Union Classifier of Professions of Workers, employees and tariff categories (OKPDTR) 1 86 016. The classifier is designed to solve problems related to the estimation of the number of workers and employees, accounting for the composition and distribution of personnel in personnel categories, the level of qualifications, the degree of mechanization and conditions Labor, employment issues, wage organization workers and employees, accrualing pensions, definitions of additional qualities and others at all levels of national economy management in the conditions of automated information processing
