Over the past five years (2011-2015), the forms of federal and sectoral statistical observation, characterizing the activities of medical organizations, have undergone major changes, so the purpose of these recommendations is to unify the methodology for calculating the main indicators of medical organizations, since Their absence does not make it possible to compare indicators on the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
