The book is devoted to the study of the progressive entrepreneurial dynasty of the XIX - early XX century. and dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the trade and industrial business of Bakhrushin and the 155th anniversary of the birth of its brightest representative A.A. Bakhrushin (1865–1929).
The book is a detailed analysis of the history of the commercial and industrial family of Bakhrushin in different aspects of its development and in a long chronological period: more than a century. The problem is presented relevant in connection with the rapid growth of entrepreneurial activity and business initiative, a wide interest in the origins of the folding of domestic business elites. In this book, on a large actual, primarily archival, material, it is proved that the trade and industrial dynasty of the Bakhrushins differed from other Moscow entrepreneurial families with specific activities, special spirituality, lifestyle, and domestic structure.
The book is novelty. For the first time, extensive information from metric certificates regarding births, weddings, as well as learning data, from the track records of many representatives of the genus from various funds of the Moscow Central House, OR RGB, GIM and family archives of the descendants of this family, is first introduced into scientific circulation
