The monograph discusses the methods for determining the main indicators of wood that are relevant for its use in construction - density, elasticity module, tensile strength, compression, cheapening and bending. A comprehensive study of the relationship of indicators has been performed, their dependence on their main variable factors. A number of works have been performed regarding the methodology of determining the indicators of lumber during bending, the proximity of the equations of the bonds of indicators for pure wood and lumber with knots is shown, on the basis of which recommendations are given on normalizing the indicators of structural boards. For scientists, graduate students and students of forestry and construction areas of training universities
