The manual discusses the natural patterns underlying fisheries. The quantitative boundaries of the productivity of the basic objects for the fishing industry - fishery reservoirs and fish of various species are indicated. In a quantitative and graphic form, the nature of the dependence of the productivity of these objects on various environmental factors is represented. A detailed description of the calculated-notching tools (fishing tablets) for predicting fish productivity and oxygen balance in fisheries, as well as for comparative analysis and predicting the growth of fish of various species with a different combination of environmental factors. Various quantitative indicators and fish growth models are considered. Particular attention is paid to the structure and specific parameters of the standard massacle model and its use to solve various types of fishing problems. Examples of solutions to some of them using fish -water tablets are presented. A deep connection of the process of reproduction of fish with natural laws and the mandatory nature of their accounting in production practice are demonstrated. The requirements of fish of various systematic groups to organize their reproduction are listed. Attention is drawn to the methodological features of collecting the source material and complexity related to the description of the growth of fish after they reach puberty.
