The textbook includes the preface and three sections: theoretical material, practical tasks and a set of tasks for current control.
The theoretical section sets out the scientific foundations of storage of grain, seeds, potatoes, fruits, vegetables, sugar beets, bast crops (flax) The characteristic of crop production as an object of storage is given. The issues related to the properties of grain mass and fruit and vegetable products are considered. Particular attention is paid to the preparation of crop products for storage. The modes, methods and technologies for storing grain, potatoes, sugar beets, fruits and vegetables, preparing them for implementation are described. On the topics of theoretical classes, control issues are given.
The second section includes the study of the material of many topics in practical classes. Examples of solutions to problems that may arise in the process of storing crop production products are given.
The third section sets out a set of tasks for current control. It includes: control issues, an agronomic dictation on the topics of classes, topics of independent work for students, issues of solving situational problems arising during the storage of crop products. All this will allow students to independently evaluate their knowledge of educational material, and the teacher will quickly and objectively give an appropriate assessment of this knowledge.
