November 1918, the last week of the First World War and the existence of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. In just a few days, a handful of officers remains from the famous Dragoon regiment, with the risk of home from Belgrade home to Austria. The 19-year-old ensign, in addition to his own life, must save the standard of his regiment and a girl, met three days ago and hit him stronger than all the enemy troops combined. But the most difficult thing, having reached his native vein, is found in the post -war life, in the new country and in the new world.
