The monograph contains an extensive material on the features of the harvesting of birch juice and the determination of birch cakes, depending on various factors, including weather conditions and taxation characteristics of trees and tree -stands. Data on the intensity of juicies in different periods of day by trees of different ages with different diameters of the barrel are presented. Complex studies cover the five -year observation period, which resulted in recommendations for production and multifaceted new knowledge about the resource potential of birch.
