Pulsator of a milking apparatus with linear electric drive

The analysis of modern equipment for obtaining milk was carried out, a machine milking mode and the design of an improved milking apparatus with an electricpulsator based on a linear engine, which allows you to adjust the duration of the transition process from sucking tact to inter -stational cells, is proposed. The methodology for calculating the parameters of the valve mechanism and the diameter of the atmospheric channel of the pulsator with a controlled duration of transition processes is presented. The patterns of changes in vacuum pulsations in inter -station chambers of milking glasses working together with the pulsator have been identified. The results of the calculation of the magnetic system of the linear engine are given. A model is proposed based on the voltage balance equation for the mathematical description of the simultaneous operation of two magnetizing coils of a linear engine.
