Jane Osten wrote her most famous novel when she was 21 years old. The young girl managed to pass the atmosphere with penetratively and aptly, describe the characters" characters, breathe soul and love into heroes. Nevertheless, the work saw the light only after 15 years, after the writer carefully processed her brainchild, subjected it to the hard editors and made it even more perfect.
Roman Osten immerses readers into the world of human feelings, relationships, melodramatic conflicts, amazing events. Despite the fact that the action takes place in the English province at the turn of
XIX and XX centuries, the book is perceived incredibly fresh and relevant. All types are recognizable, and, for sure, many recognize themselves either their friends and acquaintances in girls from the Bennett family, and in Mr. Darcy, and in other heroes of entertaining story.
Jane Osten herself admitted that Roman came out too sunny and sparkling, while she wanted him to be more strict and serious. But grateful readers took the book on "Hurray" and the number of fans of this work is growing every year
