The monograph describes morphology, potato biology and cultivation technology. New devices have been developed for the pre -just stimulation of potato tubers, evaluating their quality and productive properties. The analysis of the meteorological conditions of the regions of Western Siberia and their impact on the productivity of field crops was analyzed. New methods of planting tubers, plant protection from pests and methodology for programming potato productivity programs are proposed. The monograph will be useful to the leaders of the direction of the agronomy, graduate students of the direction "agriculture", as well as practicing specialists in these areas
