The training manual discusses the issues of research and application in forestry and landscape construction of a special wheel tractor 6KN with a hinge frame
T-25Al. Theoretical studies of the layout of the forest wheel tractor (LKT) with a hinge frame, developed at the Department of Design of Special Forest machines of the Forestry Technical Academy (currently forestry university) Materials on the use of a small -sized tractor with various technological equipment on the tape of forests from felling, at work in forest and decorative nurseries and other works are presented. The methodology and data are given for calculating the loading of the chassis and analysis of the distribution of loads on the leading bridges of the T-25AL tractor. Examples of research of the parameters of a small -sized forest wheel tractor using Excel programs, statistics 6 and a Russified version of the PLP88 package are considered.
