The satirical fairy tale of the British writer George Orwell “The Castard” is an incredible story that was funny and at the same time terrible, which at one time had a deafening success and made a lot of noise. The rebellious animals drove the owners and took possession of the farm. Initially, they all sacredly believe in the idea of equality, but gradually a privileged class stands out of the total mass, and takes the place of people expelled from the farm. The author masterfully traces a gradual transition from the idea of universal equality to dictatorship and a totalitarian regime. The Orwell parable written more than 70 years ago has not lost its relevance today.
