Theoretical, methodological foundations of the concept of scientific, practical, methodological, information and software of the functioning of the system of comprehensive monitoring of environmental management resources. It consists of six integral, interconnected methodological blocks developed according to a single structural logical scheme. The provisions and requirements are substantiated by the data of special literature and is regulated by the facts of scientifically practical research by the author with the presentation of algorithmic support for the receipt, processing and analysis of information.
Open, modular architecture of the system, mathematical, algorithmic and programmatic support, make it possible to use it for other types of natural resources to provide unified information and methodological space all regions of the country at the demolition of modern digital technologies. The development of the methodology involves computer support of programs based on modern digital technologies. Methods of ecological economic assessment and damage to hunting animals resources back in 1992 were provided with computer programs. The textbook can be used as a methodological manual for organizing and conducting a system of complex monitoring of environmental management resources. To perform work, the author developed a methodological map. There are no analogues.
