The textbook is built on the principle of the modular study of the training course "Fruit and vegetables". It includes three modules for fruiting: "seed crops", "bone crops" and "berry crops". Each module consists of morphobiological and technological blocks. In the “Vegetable growing” section in the seven modules, a training material considers the vegetable growing of protected and open soil. The material presented in the textbook is built on the principles of adaptive intensification of the industry, including the development of environmentally friendly, resource -saving technologies for production, storage, processing and bringing high -quality fruit and vegetable products to the consumer.
