The textbook sets out the biological features of various types of fish (carp, trout, sturgeon, vegetable), crayfish and shrimp grown in fish farms. The technology of their maintenance, breeding in various conditions (pond, garden, basin farms and UZVs), as well as methods and techniques for feeding fish, prevention and treatment of the most common diseases, processing of commodity products. The methods of designing and building methods of fish farms of various systems are described.
