In the XIV century, when Italy was embraced by an epidemic of the plague, hundreds of corpses were covered with bridge cities, people were preparing by the end of the world. Three noble boys and seven young girls fled from the very gerl of the epidemic out of town. Closing from the world on an old villa, they began to steal evenings, telling each other stories. Some of the stories struck with their frankness, others scared, and others made young people unexpectedly recall what words such as: love, humanity and nobility really mean. Every day they discussed the terrible details of the plague epidemic that almost destroyed their hometown, and every day, wanting to feel the joy of life on the verge of death, they told more and more exciting and terrifying stories. Ten days they told ten stories.
"Decameron" Bokkaccio became one of the main works of the Italian Renaissance. The great book was written in the 1350s, after the outbreak of the plague that claimed half of the population of Italy. The Church forbade the “Decameron "because of the large number of immoral, erotic and cruel scenes, but the residents of the country instantly fell in love with a book, a glorifying power of love and joy for life, a book that describes everything, even the most terrible sides of human life and reminiscent of the power of the human spirit. More than ever, Decameron is relevant today. The proposed publication contains the most complete translation of the book, published without any bills and abbreviations
