George Orwell is one of the most read authors in the world and a very contradictory person of his time. Born in Bengal, studied in the end, worked in the police, on the radio and in the Bukinist store, fought in Spain and wrote books. The ardent opponent of communism and the defender of democratic socialism, Orwell arranged a rebellion against the society, to which he was so striving, but in which he felt completely stranger.
