The textbook is prepared in accordance with the curriculum of the same exchange program. The basic concepts, principles and features of agricultural development in the APK system are presented. The foundations of market relations, the placement of production, specialization and cooperation in the agricultural sector of the economy, taking into account the requirements of the WTO, are considered. The specificity of the agricultural sectors is shown, the influence of their features on production efficiency.
