The Roman "African Svyaznoye is a story about life, work and inevitable adventures of the main character, a young employee of Soviet foreign intelligence in one African country. Everything happens in the 80s of the last century in the midst of the Cold War, which did not go around Africa, involved in the sphere of geopolitical plans of both superpowers. But in our "Center" often do not have a clear idea of what is happening in a particular African country and the real alignment of political forces. Due to such miscalculations of the highest leadership, the efforts to establish in the inner contradictions of Africa often did not lead to the desired result.
