The monograph presents the results of studies of aerohydrodynamic effects arising from the interaction of the gas jet with a viscous liquid surface. The paths of searching for scientific and technical solutions aimed at creating fundamentally new contactless jet pneumatic methods and means of non-destructive testing of the viscosity of liquids are determined. The peculiarities of measuring the viscosity of moving fluids, as well as liquids in conditions of elevated temperatures are considered. Descriptions of contactless methods and implementing their devices that ensure measurement of the viscosity of liquid substances both outside and inside the technological devices. The monograph may be useful to specialists engaged in the development and operation of highly reliable methods and substance control devices in various industries
