Aerohydrodynamic effects in non-contact jet methods of non-destructive viscosity control of liquid substances

The monograph presents the results of studies of aerohydrodynamic effects arising from the interaction of the gas jet with a viscous liquid surface. The paths of searching for scientific and technical solutions aimed at creating fundamentally new contactless jet pneumatic methods and means of non-destructive testing of the viscosity of liquids are determined. The peculiarities of measuring the viscosity of moving fluids, as well as liquids in conditions of elevated temperatures are considered.
