This book is a second, revised and supplemented publication of the monograph "Competitive Model of Civil Proceedings on US Legislation".
The book included the material that the author brought from the working business trip to Philadelphia (USA) in 2003, where in the interests of the Client"s common with US partners participated in preparing for the presentation of a claim in one of the US federal courts, and also participated in pre-trial interrogation of experts - specialists in Russian law.
This material was put on the author to the basis of the dissertation prepared to protect the same name for the degree of candidate of law.
