This book tells about our remarkable Russian naval commander Fyodor Fyodorovich Ushakov. An admiral who won all his naval and land battles in such a way that he did not lose a single ship, and not one of his sailors or soldiers was captured. He cleared the Black Sea of the Turks, making it the Russian Sea, even though there were three times as many Turks, and their ships were faster and more powerful in terms of armament. The English admiral Nelson repeated the naval battle tactics of our Russian admiral Ushakov. Fyodor Fyodorovich's authority was so high that the Turks agreed to jointly fight against the French on the condition that Admiral Ushakov would command them. He was called 'Suvorov of the sea' and 'Sea bear' for his bold offensive style and love for the simple sailors. The Russian Orthodox Church canonized Ushakov among the saints for his righteous life and love for people. Our country is proud of such naval commanders.
