Administrative proceedings. A textbook for universities.

The textbook is compiled in accordance with the curriculum of the academic discipline "Document Management Support" and is intended for students of higher educational institutions studying in the fields of "Management," "Economics," "Personnel Management," "Public Administration," and others. It contains all the necessary basic information of the academic discipline. Significant attention is paid to the drafting and formatting of organizational and regulatory documents in accordance with GOST R 7.0.97-2016, which perform typical managerial functions and serve as the legal basis for working with all systems and types of management documents. Issues related to the organization and functioning of the management documentation support service (DMS service) are discussed. A practical guide is developed for ongoing and final assessment with questions, tests, and assignments. Examples of legislative and local regulatory acts are provided in the appendix to the textbook. The textbook can be useful for teachers, managers of small enterprises, as well as for students in Centers for Additional Professional Education and for anyone who independently wishes to acquire basic knowledge of the course in document management support (record management). The structure and detailed presentation of the material allow the textbook to be used in any form of education: full-time, part-time, distance learning, and online formats.
