Administrative law of Russia. Textbook

The textbook was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in the direction of training "jurisprudence" and covers the topics of the basic (mandatory) part of the professional cycle of the "Administrative Law. It contains the basic concepts of administrative law: public administration as a subject of administrative law, principles and a public administration system. The focus is on subjects of administrative and legal relations, their classification is given for public and private, their status is considered. A certain place in the textbook is occupied by the issues of administrative and legal forms and methods of public administration, administrative offenses and responsibility for them. The textbook examines the implementation and protection of the subjective public affairs of individuals and ensuring the rule of law in public administration, as well as the features of public administration of various areas of human activity. Legislation is given as of February 2015 for students of all forms of training. The textbook may be useful and to all those interested in issues of administrative law and public administration of various areas of activity.
