The textbook was written by teachers of the Department of Administrative Right of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov in accordance with the Course Course Administrative Law. On the basis of the provisions of the current Constitution of the Russian Federation of 1993, the current Russian legislation, taking into account the achievements of the science of administrative law, the main institutions of the general part are covered, as well as the special part of administrative law, including the foundations of administrative and legal regulation of the organization and management in economic, socio-cultural and administrative political spheres in modern conditions.
