The monograph examines theoretical and practical aspects related to the legislative recognition and implementation of administrative and legal guarantees for ensuring the rights of citizens and organizations in the implementation of state control and supervision.
The book contains information on the concept, purpose, and types of administrative and legal guarantees in the system of legal instruments that ensure the protection of the rights of controlled persons, as well as the experience of their application. The system of subjects implementing administrative and legal guarantees of the rights of controlled persons is analyzed, administrative and legal ways of protecting the rights of citizens and organizations as controlled persons are revealed, issues of improving administrative legislation on guarantees of the rights of controlled persons, modernizing mandatory requirements are studied, and the importance of new technologies of state control (supervision) in ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of participants in control relationships is demonstrated.
