"The educational and scientific publication considers the problems of the development of the sector of public services in the Russian Federation. The main emphasis in the work is on the need to analyze and take into account the needs of citizens, the transition to a new format of state relations with civil society institutions in order to ensure the quality of public services. The conceptual model of administration, standardization and controlling of public services is justified.
