Administration of government services. Facing the citizens

The educational and scientific publication considers the problems of the development of the sphere of state mouth in the Russian Federation. The main emphasis in the work is on the need to analyze and take into account the needs of citizens, the transition to a new format of state relations with civil society institutions in order to ensure the quality of public services. The conceptual model of administration, standardization and control of public services is justified. The substantive priorities of public services in the Russian market of social services are analyzed, the data of a sociological study of the population and an expert survey of state and municipal employees regarding the quality of state administration of social assets are given.
