The paper discusses general and special issues arising from additional qualifications of crime. In particular, the concept is given and the signs of additional qualifications and its types are analyzed: in case of competition of criminal law, the multiplicity of crimes - aggregate and relapse, a change in criminal law, the entry into force of the law that eliminates or establishing crime acts or mitigating or enhancing a penalty, an unfinished crime - Cooking for a crime, assassinations for a crime, complicity in a crime. Proposals were made to improve criminal law and the practice of its application. Legislation is given as of October 2015. It is recommended for students, graduate students and teachers of legal universities and faculties, judges, investigators, prosecutors and lawyers
