The optimal diagnosis scheme and tactics of acute cholecystitis are proposed in accordance with the latest international recommendations, the permissible periods of inflammation of the gallbladder and conducting conservative therapy, within which minimally invasive intervention can be performed, and the priority criteria for the selection of patients are specified. The frequency of postoperative complications, the time of rehabilitation of patients when using small-acting access are investigated.
