The monograph reveals the conceptual foundations of access to justice in economic disputes as a comprehensive legal category. The ideas of access to judicial protection in various historical forms of justice are summarized, the constitutional and international legal meaning of access to justice is analyzed in detail, an original concept of this concept is proposed, and its essential characteristics are justified. Significant attention is paid to the implementation of the ideas of access to justice in modern Russian arbitration procedural legislation and its application in practice. Specific proposals are formulated for improving the legislative framework and judicial practice. In the concluding part of the study, an attempt is made to identify the prospects for further development of mechanisms ensuring access to justice, including interdisciplinary approaches. Recommended for judges and practitioners, undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students, teachers and postgraduates of legal universities, as well as all those interested in modern doctrine of arbitration science.
